OMKRAFT Shipping Policy

1. General Information

OMKRAFT proudly ships worldwide.

All prices within India are inclusive of applicable taxes.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Order Processing

Every OMKRAFT artwork is handcrafted and made to order with care, intention, and attention to detail.

Preparation and crafting timelines may vary depending on the art form, customization requirements, and artist availability — ranging from a few days to several weeks.

Estimated timelines are shared at the time of order placement.

In case of delays caused by artist workload, weather conditions, courier disruptions, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances, our team will keep you updated throughout the process.

3. Domestic Orders (India)

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above $999
    (excluding few heavy weight Artworks)
  • Standard national shipping charges apply per order.
  • Custom-framed artworks may incur additional shipping charges depending on size, weight, and packaging needs.

Logistics Support

If a shipment is delayed or lost in transit, our team will coordinate directly with courier partners and assist you throughout the resolution process.

4. International Orders

We are honored to share India’s artistic heritage with customers around the world.

Delivery Timeline

International orders are generally delivered within 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance procedures and destination country regulations.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard international shipping charges apply per order.
  • Heavy Weight artworks are charged separately based on weight and packaging requirements.
  • Framed artworks can be shipped upon special request and may require additional shipping charges.

Customs & Import Duties

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges applicable in their country.

These charges are not included in OMKRAFT’s product or shipping prices.

Returns & Refunds

International orders are generally non-returnable.

However, if an item arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, our team will work closely with you to provide the best possible resolution.

Delays

Customs inspections, import restrictions, weather disruptions, or courier-related issues may occasionally cause delays.

While OMKRAFT will assist with tracking and coordination, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.

5. Additional Shipping Charges

Additional shipping charges may apply under the following circumstances:

  • Delivery locations where free or standard shipping services are unavailable
  • Special protective packaging requirements (such as wooden crates)
  • Artwork dimensions where the smaller side exceeds 36 inches
  • Express or priority shipping requests
  • Orders containing more than two different product categories

You may place your order directly through our website. If any additional shipping charges apply, our team will contact you before processing the shipment.

6. Shipping & Logistics Issues

Delays

Delays may occur due to artist workload, weather conditions, customs procedures, or courier-related issues. Customers will be informed whenever possible.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is officially confirmed lost by the courier after investigation and verification, OMKRAFT will arrange either:

  • A replacement order based on the item category, or
  • Store credit of equivalent value

Incorrect Address

OMKRAFT is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

For artworks requiring longer preparation timelines, customers may also receive progress photos and updates of the artwork being created.
