About the Artwork

The inspiration for “Grapes of Delight” came during a serene afternoon in Napa Valley — where art, nature, and wine blend in perfect harmony. The rolling vineyards bathed in golden light, the scent of ripe grapes in the air, and the rhythm of the breeze whispering through the vines — it was impossible not to feel moved.

As I wandered through the vineyards, sketchbook in hand, I was struck by how each cluster of grapes seemed to hold sunlight within — glowing, alive, and full of promise. That moment became the heart of this painting.

Painting this piece was more than creating art — it was reliving the peaceful rhythm of Napa. The laughter of people in the vineyards, the stillness between the hills, the moment when time slows and everything feels in perfect balance — that’s what I wanted to capture.
