OMKRAFT Shipping Policy

1. General Information

• We ship worldwide.

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes within India.

• For international orders, any customs duties, import charges, or local taxes in the destination country must be borne by the buyer.

2. Order Processing

• Every OMKRAFT artwork is handcrafted and made to order.

• Crafting time varies by art form and artist, from a few days to a few weeks.

• Customers are informed of expected timelines when placing an order.

• In case of delays (artist backlog, weather, or other reasons), we will keep you updated.

3. Domestic Orders (India)

Delivery Timelines:

• 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (except Lippan & Terracotta).

• Flat rate of ₹249 for orders below ₹999.

• Lippan & Terracotta artworks: charged per kilogram due to fragile handling.

• Custom framed artworks: shipping charges calculated separately.

Logistics Support:

• If shipments are delayed or lost, our team will coordinate with courier partners and assist in resolution.

4. International Orders

• We proudly share India’s heritage with customers worldwide.

Delivery Timelines:

• 10–15 business days after dispatch (may vary due to customs clearance and destination).

Shipping Charges:

• Standard ₹4000 INR per order.

• Lippan & Terracotta artworks: charged per kilogram.

Customs & Duties:

• Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

• These are not included in OMKRAFT’s product or shipping prices.

Returns & Refunds:

• International orders are generally not eligible for returns.

• Exceptions: If the item is damaged or lost in transit, our team will coordinate with you to offer the best resolution.

Delays:

• Customs inspections, import restrictions, or courier issues may cause delays.

• We will support tracking and coordination, but OMKRAFT cannot be held responsible for such delays.

5. Extra Shipping Charges

Additional shipping charges may apply in the following cases:

• Free or standard domestic shipping is unavailable for your location.

• Extra packaging is required (e.g., wooden crate) for safe shipping.

• Artwork’s smaller side exceeds 36 inches.

• Express shipping is requested (availability on request).

• Orders contain more than 2 different product types.

• You can place your order directly, and our team will contact you if extra charges apply.

6. Shipping & Logistics Issues

Delays: May occur due to artist backlog, weather, courier, or customs. Customers are updated in advance.

Lost Shipments: If confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.

Incorrect Address: OMKRAFT is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Order Tracking: Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.

7. Support

• We are dedicated to making your buying process simple, worry-free, and transparent.

• Our team will stay in touch regarding the status of your orders.

• For artworks with longer preparation timelines, you’ll receive regular photos and updates on the artwork in progress.
