My Journey
Hi, this is Soumi Dutta — the artist and founder of OMKRAFT.
My artistry began in one of the most challenging chapters of my life — during times of personal loss and when I felt completely stuck. Every time I picked up my brush, the worries and pain seemed to dissolve, one stroke at a time.
What started as a way to heal soon became a purpose. I began to explore deeper — connecting with art collectors, galleries, and mentors around the world to truly understand the transformative and healing power of art.
Through this journey, I discovered how creativity can not only heal but also guide. Today, I channel that understanding into my work and my students’ growth, helping them find direction, calm, and self-expression through art — just as I did.
